SELECTED CASEWORK

From possibility to an operating path.

GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY

From access to lasting connection. Nicole led 34 stakeholder interviews and three ideation sessions to rethink an increasingly commonplace entertainment benefit. The resulting Connected Ticket concept reimagined each ticket as a secure digital credential, collectible, event guide, community hub, and gateway to personalized content and ongoing benefits. By connecting fans with established performers, emerging artists, and local venues before, during, and after an event, the strategy turned a moment of entry into a lasting ecosystem with measurable outcomes for engagement, inclusion, artist development, and community impact.

GLOBAL CONSUMER PRODUCTS COMPANY

Sustainability that survives the price point. Nicole led research across Latin American markets to determine how a household product could reduce its environmental footprint without sacrificing affordability or convenience. The resulting strategy connected refillable packaging, concentrated formats, lower-impact sachets, clearer product communication, and market-specific retail models—treating consumer behavior and price sensitivity as essential design constraints.

ELECTRIC MOBILITY COMPANY

Adoption is social before it is technical. Research with vehicle owners, prospective buyers, academics, advocates, and city innovators revealed that cost and availability were only part of the adoption barrier. Nicole developed a broader strategy centered on value-based onboarding, an improved charging journey, frictionless ownership, and community influence—positioning electric mobility as an accessible lifestyle rather than a product reserved for affluent or environmentally committed consumers.

STATEWIDE TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVE

Coordination is key. As Executive Director, Nicole leads a cross-sector model that brings enterprise, government, academia, community organizations, and technology partners together around shared use cases and reusable implementation knowledge.
